Hiya,
is it easy to extend a focal analysis to incorporate radius distance to cell in say cell units (to stay away from projection issues).
This would allow to work with quasi circles defined as pixels around the focal cell, rather than squares.
I guess this is possible with filter and setting the corner cells to zero or NA depending on the function, but it will be easier for the user if there is a function...
