Detailed description
Following Balding and Astle, 2010: If I take say 95% lower distribution of chi2 from my GWAS (say chi2_95), then the lambda estimate is Lambda <- mean(chi2_95) /k where k is (1/0.95)*pchisq((qchisq(0.95,df=1)),df=3) = 0.756
