Detailed description I posted this problem at the Help forum but I think it is more appropriate here. Sorry for my confusion. The problem is: I uploaded packages RSiena and RSienaTest, which passed checks on Windows and Linux, but on Windows patched both got the error: Unable to register TclNotifier window class See http://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=461&add_log=check_x86_64_windows&pkg=RSiena&flavor=patched&type=00install.out I found that in 2012 a similar error occurred on R-Forge, solved by Martin Pacala, having to do with files getting locked.
