Hello Sesilia, biomod2 has been cleaned up and improved a lot in the last year. All code is definitely being managed from the github page : https://github.com/biomodhub/biomod2 A documentation website with help files for all functions is available : https://biomodhub.github.io/biomod2/index.html All issues are now gathered and answered also only onto the github issue page to facilitate our work in support and access for other users to question they might also have : https://github.com/biomodhub/biomod2/issues Some parameter names in functions have changed since 3.5-3 version, so you might have to update your code to match the new version. In case you still get errors, please feel free to post an issue with as many details as possible of your error / problem / question : https://github.com/biomodhub/biomod2/issues Maya |

Dear Damien, I have updated the R version and the biomod2 package to the 4.2.2. Now I get all sorts of errors. I can't seem to be able to change the parameters of Maxnet in BIOMOD_ModelingOptions and now I get an error when running BIOMOD_Modeling.See error below Error in BIOMOD_Modeling(data = myBiomodData, models = c("GBM", "ANN", : argument 1 matches multiple formal arguments What is it that I am doing wrong? Before these updates everything was working just fine Thank you so much Sesilia |
