Hi there, I'm running ecospat in parallel (using snowfall) for multiple species (>30) and I'm having trouble writing out calibrated projections into a file. I tried to write them directly using "writeraster" function but that didn't work either. This is straightforward in BIOMOD as they are written automatically. I was wondering if anyone has a tip for writing the files. |
