I guess that several others have worked on this methodology (given that the paper has been cited quite a lot). Please don't hesitate to ask your questions here.

Please ask questions about the 'frontier' package in a 'forum' of the 'frontier' project: http://r-forge.r-project.org/projects/frontier/

Hi everyone,
Does anybody now if the command "frontierQuad" allows to use truncated normal distribution for the distribution for inefficiency in Battese and Coelli (1995)?

Cheers
Antony

Hello all,
I just came across this paper by Arne "Imposing regional monotonicity on translog stochastic production frontiers with a simple three-step procedure".
It is a great tool in R.
Is anyone else working on this or have worked?

I have some questions, I need to clarify.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

Regards
Antony
