The adegenet package version 1.1-0 has been released on CRAN. This new version, developed on R-Forge, implements S4 classes for the multivariate analysis of genetic markers. It also proposes new features to import, export, manipulate and analyse genetic markers, with a special emphasis on spatial genetics and data simulation (hybridization).
